This is the Original Art to Rick O'Shay, for the May 15, 1961 (5/15/61) episode, published by The Chicago Tribune syndicate. You can see there is discoloration and staining from the zipatone shading that was used (very common on newspaper comic strip artwork), as well as general handling wear and slight staining/foxing to the paper.
