Lot of approximately 150 original Andy Capp and Peanuts daily comic strips from January through May 1979, clipped from The Morning Advocate and State-Times newspapers (Baton Rouge, Louisiana). These vintage newspaper clippings capture the humor and charm of Andy Capp by Reg Smythe and Peanuts by Charles Schulz. This set is not a complete year, ending around May 1979. Each strip is printed on both sides, often sharing space with Marmaduke or Jumble, and some have vintage advertisements on the reverse (such as Goudchaux’s department store or Merit cigarettes).
