Enki BILAL, born in 1951 in Belgrade, is one of the major authors of contemporary European comics. Cartoonist, screenwriter and director, he imposed an immediately identifiable universe, at the crossroads of science fiction, political narrative, historical memory and reflection on human identity. Known in particular for The Nikopol Trilogy, Hunting party or even The Monster's Sleep, Enki Bilal occupies an essential place in the 9th art. With The Train, we find this very particular narrative.
