This is not clearly attributed. This could be illustrated by any of the following: Hy Eisman, John Stanley, Irving Tripp. I’ve deduced this based on my research of Little Lulu 270. Three of these are to be reprinted in the Lulu fanzine The HoLLywood Eclectern (HE).
